Hi, I’m Glory … Catalyst for positive change … Savvy change management consultant … Aspiring writer and entrepreneur.

In a technologically savvy, geographically dispersed and ever-changing world, any high-performing organization needs to be agile and change-ready in order to effectively compete.

As a certified Change Manager, my career objective is to help transition my clients from their current state to their desired future state by applying proven methodologies and leading-edge practices. Hence, I created this blog to share my insights with other change managers and thus advance the nascent discipline of Change Management.

However, change is not limited to organizations alone. Individuals, teams and families also change and evolve on a daily basis. Hence, the principles I’ll be sharing here will be useful in navigating change in your personal, as well as professional lives.

Here’s a brief autobiography: As far back as I can remember, I’ve always been a maths geek. My predilection for numerical elegance and quantitative symmetry have always held me in good stead – from winning high school prizes in Mathematics to graduating with a First Class Honors Degree in Accounting.

Numbers have always made sense to me; people, on the other hand, have not. So in my career choices, I have always been careful to choose positions where I could play to my strengths and play with figures – first as an analyst in a top investment bank, then as a Finance & Performance Management analyst in a global consulting firm.

As fate would have it, my career has veered off the financial trajectory into the field of Leadership and Change.  Today, I am a Human Performance Consultant … and loving it!
