Glory is a very focused lady whom I have known over the duration of our EMBA at Lagos Business School. Glory is very intelligent, goal driven and helpful. Glory is a fantastic Change Management Consultant. While driving a mentoring programme organisation-wide (a new HR initiative), I encountered a challenge of low absorption rate of the programme by the employees. Feeling very confused and discouraged, I spoke to a friend about this who recommended that I speak to Glory. Glory's recommendations to solving this issue were simple, straight-forward and very practical. I followed her recommendations and now, I feel very proud of the fact that I have been able to have a grip of the situation.
Beneath Glory's calm disposition is a very energetic and vibrant mind. She surprises me with her determination and what she has achieved and is set to achieve is worth admiring.
